Abstract
The problems of effective staff management of medical organizations today have a special meaning. There is a need to turn the HR management health facilities into integrated based on a strategy system in which the various measures involve working with staff in content and time. HR strategy in the organization designed to link together multiple aspects of human resource management in order to better promote and optimize their effects on workers, especially on the quality of their labor and skills.
